Sony the company that makes PlayStation and the PlayStation Virtual Reality (PSVR) has a warning against those under the age of 12 using the PSVR. Due to this, all children (those under the age of 18) must have a signed consent form with a parent's signature to be allowed to play the game.
While participating in events held or sponsored by the Rolling Video Games of the Bluegrass Mobile Gaming Truck, “social distancing” must be practiced and face coverings worn at all times to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, RVGOTB has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
PAYMENTS: A valid credit or debit card, CashApp, or ApplePay are all acceptable payment methods. The invoice balance is due 48 hours prior to your event.
DEPOSIT OPTION: Deposit is due up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled party. Your booking inquiry reserves the date and time, while the deposit secures it. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit option.
SMOKING: RVGOTB does not allow smoking in or around our mobile game theater. Please keep any smoking activity away from the theater.
CANCELLATION/REFUND/RESCHEDULE POLICY: Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your event date. Failure to make your deposit or invoice balance within the given time frame of 48 hours prior to your scheduled event will result in cancellation. Upon cancellation, you will be refunded your payment, minus the deposit. If you need to reschedule, please send an email to email@example.com with your reschedule date and a booking agent will reach out to you.
TRAVEL SURCHARGE: Parties outside of our primary service area may incur a travel surcharge fee added by distance.
PICTURES: During your event, Game Coaches may take pictures of the party. These photos may be used on our Facebook Page and/or our website. (Specific names and addresses are never used.) If you do not want our Game Coach to take pictures, please let our Game Coach know prior to the start of your event.
SEVERE/INCLEMENT WEATHER: RVGOTB was designed for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated and climate-controlled with heat and air conditioning.
There may be occasions when the weather does not cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather, (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we reserve the right to reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and equipment.
If the threat of these storms threatens your event and you are aware in advance, (pending or anticipated snow storm, tropical storm or hurricane) please notify us to begin the rescheduling process and we will work with you. In the event of snow, we will only travel to a party if the temperature has climbed above 32 degrees Fahrenheit and the roads are clear of snow and ice.
SUPERVISED CHILDREN: RVGOTB requires a parent or responsible adult to be present during the event, although you need not be in the game theater during the party if you choose. We will provide a knowledgeable Game Coach who will assist your child/children in making sure that their party is the party of the year!
DAMAGE/INJURY: RVGOTB or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage.
Additionally, RVGOTB reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage by the client’s guests. RVGOTB and its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
FOOD/DRINK: RVGOTB does not allow any food or drinks in the video game theater. Please have guests consume food/drinks outside of the trailer.
TIPS: The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.
TRAILER PARKING AND DRIVEWAY ACCESS: We must have a safe and approved place to park. We also need a fairly level area to park our truck and trailer. We require approximately 60 feet of space for setup. We will not travel on UNPAVED single-lane access roads or driveways due to safety concerns for our staff and equipment.
Booking any party constitutes your agreement with our policies.
